Padma Bhushan Recipient Dr. Kewal Kishan Talwar is a well-known cardiologist and former head of India's Medical Council. He was the previous director of the cardiology department at AIIMS in New Delhi and the Director of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh.
