    • We endeavour to exceed your expectations and make every effort to guarantee that all services are provided on time.according to our clients' needs and adhere to the quality of care

    • If a payment made by you fails, it will be reimbursed to the same payment method. The reimbursement will be given within 7-15 working days.

    • Please keep in mind that Ace Medicare does not withhold any payments made by you that are unsuccessful. The overall time spent on the refund procedure is totally determined by the Bank's ability to handle the transaction.
